    Work Orders not shown in Smart-It

      I have created a user with below permissions:

      - Work Order User

      - Service Request User

      - Asset Viewer

      - Knowledge User


      The user is a member of support group with Work Order Assignee functional role.


      Using ITSM, the user can access Work Order Console and work on his tickets.

      Using Smart-IT the user cannot see anything related to work orders, and even the tickets are not appeared in Ticket Console.



      the filters are not showing "Work Order" in Ticket Type.
