    How to Make a Queue Unavailable using API or Pentaho Data Integration

      Hi guys,

      So, what I wanted to know is does anyone know how to turn a queue unavailable the same way you'd do it by going to Remedyforce Administration -> Manage Users -> Manage Queue Availability but instead doing it manually, doing it with some external tool like Pentaho Data Integration.
