Just curious; what would you like to translate and why? What object?

2. Re: Changing the name of an object in RemedyForce
Claire Walsh Jul 10, 2018 12:08 PM (in response to Paul Donders)Thanks Paul,
I am changing the name of Task. We are using it to capture more than one 'Type' of Task.
I want the name to be 'Task or Network Intervention'.
This is so it is not confusing for the user to find where to create/see a Network Intervention.
As you can imagine, it's confusing having Object Task with type Task and type Network Intervention.
Thanks for your help

3. Re: Changing the name of an object in RemedyForce
Claire Walsh Jul 13, 2018 5:49 AM (in response to Paul Donders)Hi Paul,
I have managed to change the name of the objects.
However, in the handling page of an incident, it says 'Create and link task to incident'
is it possible to change the name of this?
When i access that button from the object, it's managed so I cannot edit
Any ideas?
Thanks again for your help

Hi,
Here it’s the same. You can find the name under Custom labels, or via translation workbench. Not sure on top of my head which one the two.
I can have a better look in a second.

Claire Walsh Jul 18, 2018 7:37 AM (in response to Paul Donders)Hi Paul,
Another question on this.
You know how an incident id = IN000000123
task id = TS000000124
problem id = PR000000125
Is there any possibility of editing the beginning on the ID? (IN, TS, OR PR)
