    Sending email - configuration and logging

      I'm trying to send email to a user from a process with the Send Message element.  Somewhere the configuration isn't right, but I don't see how to look at the email engine logs to determine what is happening.  I am able to view the API, filter, and process logs through the mid-tier, but I don't see much info there.  The exception is the email engine IP address, which I have added to my firewall and email server.  Anyway, any advice on how to configure and/or diagnose this failure would be greatly appreciated.
