I just checked my logs and I have similar log entries:
25 Jun 2018 12:38:05,129 [INFO] DB - [Thread=qtp362134346-153576(153576)] [Class=CloudDBRequestProcessor:getResource] - ##START CLOUDDB User[user1] RETRIEVE##
25 Jun 2018 12:38:05,176 [INFO] DB - [Thread=qtp362134346-153576(153576)] [Class=CloudDBRequestProcessor:getResource] - ##END CLOUDDB User[user1] RETRIEVE success##
I guess whenever a user logs in or off to the CLM portal, such messages are logged. Also it seems like the portal refresh/checks the user session on a regularly basis (every 1 sec?) and everytime its getting logged:
To turn it off, have you already tried to set logging for DB to off on the cloudservices.json file?

I did not found a explicit "OFF" flag in the BMC docs (Working with category debug logging - Documentation for BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management 4.6 - BMC Documentation ), but you can do the following:
1) Open File "C:\Program Files\BMC Software\BMCCloudLifeCycleManagement\Platform_Manager\configuration\cloudservices.json" on PM
2) Search for "Debug Level per Category"
3) In the "attributeValue" field type in "DB=error"
4) Save the file
Now PM should only log error messages in the CSM logs for the DB category.
