I am sure you have validated these fields on Asset form are not display only. Secondly please provide your environment detail what is the version of the ITSM?
Also turn on the active link, filter and sql log and re-produce the issue and review the log or share the log to diagnose the problematic area.
If the field on Asset form was display only it wouldn't get set on Updating-CI Option right?
I think there may be some kind of workflow which creates the attributes entry and is missing the field mapping for the custom field.
That would be shown in the mentioned logs
Add field mapping in 'ASI:SHR:All_PushToAssetAttribute' and test.

I fixed the issue. The database ID of the custom field in AST:ComputerSystem form is different from the original field in AST:Attributes, so the ASI:SHR:All_PushToAssetAttribute filter doesn't push the value from AST:ComputerSystem to AST:Attributes because the push rule works by Matching Ids
