An update on the above post :
The error indicates that it is unable to find the "bladelogic_infra.jar" file at "/opt/bmc/rscd/NSH/br/stdlib/" location whereas the file is actually located at "/opt/bmc/bladelogic/NSH/br/stdlib/bladelogic_infra.jar".

Check for the content of /etc/rsc/HOME file. If the Appserver is installed at "/opt/bmc/bladelogic/NSH", the HOME file should have this path.
If HOME file has the correct value, mostly you have NSHDIR environment variable set to /opt/bmc/rscd/NSH value. You can try unsetting this varable.
We are getting the same error. We have recently done a patch upgrade activity of our BSA appserver from 8.7 P3 to P5.
what exactly did you do during this upgrade ? what installers did you run ? it seems like you may have run a couple installers on top of each other if your appserver was originally in /opt/bmc/bladelogic/NSH and now nsh is looking in /opt/bmc/rscd/NSH.
