    Incident Link in Visualforce Email Template

      When I use the link below, as well as several variations of same, on our 'approval required' Visualforce email template it simply pulls up a new incident rather than taking me to the specific request. Everything else the 'relatedto' refers to in the template (service request #, owner, service request details) all work fine. Feel like I am missing something simple but just can't figure it out.


      Any ideas?
