    Unable to edit Service Level Targets

      Currently reviewing the Service Level Targets demo in the Service Portfolio and am running into a roadblock.

       

      I have the Ticket/Work Targets setup successfully and the Work Target/Service Level Target setup as well.

       

      I also have the Business Rule in the workspace to Activate Service Level Management.

       

      When editing the Service Level Target I have created, I am not able to change the Target Type, Trigger Date, Target Value, Target Unit or any thresh holds or the Priority field I setup, all are grayed out.

       

      I also can't edit under the Control Properties section, only review the pre-filled choices.

       

      We're a bit new, apologies if this seems obvious, but running into a roadblock with getting this setup in our QA environment.
