There is an issue that Level 1 incidents are not getting resolved on closure of the event .
This is happening for the event which are not related to any CI ( CI may be BTOM CI as tsim_38 or CI coming from CMDB ) i.e in Intelligent ticketing terminology Level 1 incdents.
Where it is working fine for the Infrastructure event .
Let me know if you had faced this issue and has a resolution for the same .
