    How do I make an email generated ticket pull in a Work Order Template?

      I am trying to have any email coming in to the system with certain words in the Subject create a ticket that already has a pre-populated Template.  I have created the rule in Email Configuration, using "LaserPro" as the Email Subject Criteria, but it still generates an empty ticket with none of the documentation that the Template is supposed to import. I have also tried without the quotes around LaserPro, but to the same result.  My Email Policy for this particular rule has the template attached and the correct queue assigned.

       

      Any help would be appreciated.  I'm missing something, but I'm still new to administering this product.
