We have a new employee hire process for account creation/setup and this originates via a Sharepoint workflow. After the hiring manager selects the pertinant information, it emails track-it, which through an email policy/template, it generates work orders. It's been requested that we include some dynamic information pertaining to the new hire and that info would be presented to the 'Resolution' tab to save time during the closing of these tickets. Wondering if anyone else has come across how to do this or if it's possible. I can enter static information in the template in the resolution tab, but i can't get dynamic information in there.
