Have you tried patching your client? It seems to be a metadata issue for the CMDBoutput step. There should be a separate installer available for AtriumIntegrator client in EPD.
We have already Upgraded Atrium Integrator to the 9.1.04 and there is no 9.1.04.002 as per BMC EPD.
We are on ARS and Atrium CMDB with version 9.1.04.002.
Appreciate response at your earliest availability.
Then raise it with BMC support. I am sure they will be able to help you, without the need to reinstall it .

I am not sure if this is a bug or something but where you say AI you mean Atrium Integrator Server.
Have you also upgraded the Atrium Integrator Client ( In EPD > Under Asset Management ). There should be a small 18-20 mb installer available.
To add further check your CMDBOutput step and verify if any mandatory fields are left out or blank? For example Lookup fields.
