Troubleshooting a BAO callout in CLM that has a severity=CRITICAL and errorID=BMC-CLMT-11155555. I know that the error ID indicates that the error is related to the Task Manager component in CLM and I even have a good handle on identifying and resolving the issue. So this is really more of an academic question. However, I am curious as to what the official definition of a severity=CRITICAL is, what are the possible values for severity and what does possible value mean?
CRITICAL, MAJOR are the states by which the task will fail.
