The most common reason for this that I've ever seen is permissions
I gave the AL General Access and Public permissions, but it's still not firing for everyone.
Did you flush the mid tier cache?
- What is the qualification?
- It is possible that the qualification isn't met.
- Have you checked client-side logging for a user in which the workflow fires versus a user in which the workflow does not?
- Does the active link behave differently for the same user in another server environment?
As per your input only couple of Active Link is not working, then this could not be issue with Permission.
It would be good to check what is common in those active link which does not get fired, and check with working Active link. Please share the name of Active link which is not getting fired if possible screen shot will be good.
Like @Michelle said you can check the working and non working logs. If possible try to restart the aserver and then check the use case.
NOTE:- You are on unsupported version, but do you remember that after upgrade to 8.1 Sp2 was those AL working fine.
Doh! It was the cache flush!! I thought I had done it but apparently not!
