    How to only have actual email attachments in tickets?

      Hello!

       

      We have a Twitter, Facebook, Linkdin and company logo that are part of our company email signature. These are getting put into the Track-it tickets as attachments as well as any other "actual" attachments.

       

      Is there a way to not have all these come trough as attachments and only have what a user is actually attaching to the email be in the ticket?
