    Exit Code Reference

    James Ramsey

Looking to do some error checking for the Windows CMD, SSH & Powershell terminal adapters. I'm thinking i'm going to have to utilize the exit-code returned from the adapter response to determine if my commands completed successfully.  Does anyone know where I can fine a reference in the documentation that provides information on the different codes and their definitions, or a better way of error checking on command success?

Thanks in advance for your help,

exit code is what you get when you invoke "echo $?" on Unix or "echo %ERRORLEVEL%" on Windows.

If you see 999, then, BAO adapter has not been able to get hold of exit code due to circumstances it could not control at that point in time.

I suggest looking up corresponding OS specific documentation.
