I apologize, I'm not quite understanding what's going on.
Is it that when you reply to the email it has the wrong "to" address?
Or do you get an error back when you send the email with "Approve" or "Reject"?
Wrong email address. For instance, when you select reply, the "To" line reads the name of the submiiter (firstname.lastname@example.org).
It should read, like it does when we approve CR's, the "Email Approval" address (something like, "Email Approval" email@example.com......>, for instance.
Yep. That was it. Weird.
Hmm..that is inconvenient. Going to have to give some thought to this.
This is normal. It is auto generated for each record. If they reply it should approve the record as email goes to system not to that person.
