    Email Approval of Service Requests

      Our email approval of Change Requests works great but now that we are doing approvals of service requests we have noticed that we can't approve or reject by replying to the email. I am using the default template for email approval response but when we reply it wants to sender to the submitter rather than the "email approval". The change request  shows, "Please respond to "Email Approval" but the Incident email does not.

       

      I don't remember having to set anything up to get this to work in Change but clearly I am missing something.

       

      Any suggestions?
