There is currently no pattern in TKU for recognising Tanium Client.
Per the docs, a candidate software instance is created when a process is found which is not recognised but appears to be communicating with something interesting. You may be able to create a simple SI from the candidate software instances by using the Create Software Instance mentioned on the same page of the docs.
Is it available now in TKU..

Since it is still not listed in https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/Configipedia/Products, the answer is no. Did you create a ticket with BMC support to formally ask for TKU enhancement and provide the information you know about this software?
FYI, there is an open RFE to add support for Tanium: DRDC1-12288.
The RFE was created thanks to another customer(s) who opened a Support ticket with the request.
It is currently being worked on, and is not promised.
