    Tracking Staff + Current date when the staffs view the incident

      Hello,

       

       

      I have a question and I would like some help.

       

       

      Problem: My staffs are often selecting tickets for service. They are opening the ticket, reading the ticket and selecting the ticket with the lowest criticality.

       

       

      Doubt: I would like to know if there is a possibility of when my staffs open the record of the incident to read, a field is filled with the login + current date. With that, I want to have a list of everyone who opened the ticket.
