In Smart IT, if i am not wrong all these data stored in mongo db.
I would rather suggest you to create a report in Classic ITSM than in Smart IT
I’ve viewing the data from SmartIT but is that where the table is, I’m also viewing the Change ticket from SmartIT and I know that data is in Remedy. When a change is made to a ticket where is that history kept, that’s what I really want to know. Maybe I’m looking at the Activity pane thinking that’s the ticket history but maybe that’s just something within SmartIT. The report I’m trying to create is in Smart Reporting so I need to get the data from the AR database.
Smart IT has it own database as well along with ARSystem. So probably they are stored in those tablea. I don't remember table name but you can search for activity tables.

Are you saying I can view SmartIT tables from Smart Reporting? Or somehow push the data from SmartIT to AR?
When you perform installation of smart it you need to specify smart it DB details.
Check in above DB smart it DB and user details.
I tried few things at our end. Can you please check form CHG:ChangeRequest_AuditLogSystem in AR.
1. Create a test change request and moved it to Scheduled. Click on Change ID and hit cltr+Alt+H, it will open Status History.
2. Open form CHG:ChangeRequest_AuditLogSystem and click on Advanced Search.
Select field 'Original Request ID' = "CRQ000000000803" and Search. It will display all the details.
-- Go to Database and fire below query:
Select schemaId from arschema where Name = 'CHG:ChangeRequest_AuditLogSystem'
Select * from <schemaId from above query> where C450 = 'CRQ000000000803'
I am not proficient in analytics/ Smart Reporting but i think you should use CHG_ChangeRequest_AuditLogSystem table.
I found almost exactly what is in the Activity pane in the Chg_WorkLog table. There was a comment that didn’t show up when a Change ticket was rejected but all other comments are there so far. I don’t need comments just the status info so this takes care of my report.
The CHG:ChangeReques_AuditLogSystem table has data in it but not the tickets I see in SmartIT, and the tickets in SmartIT aren’t in that table, I didn’t dig much further in there after I couldn’t find active tickets.
