    Related lists - order has changed for one user on the SR detail page

      One of my Users is seeing the related lists in a different order on the Details page of her tickets.

       

      Action History should be at the top followed by various other lists. However, she is now seeing Action History half way down the list.

       

      We have not changed our page layouts at all; I have logged in as another User with the identical profile and this is not happening to them.

       

      Any ideas please!
