I am trying to trigger an email alert when a client is adding a note that contains a specific keyword in the text ("ESCALATION" for example).
I am creating a process builder on the object Incident history but I am a bit stuck in adding the condition that is checking the existence of the keyword inside the note.
Do you have any ideas on how to make this work?

I have managed to fix the missing condition:
[BMCServiceDesk__IncidentHistory__c].BMCServiceDesk__note__c contains string ESCALATE
Now it works.
