    Does SmartIT 1.4 with ITSM 8.1 have reporting functionality by default?

      Dear All,


      I am stuck with using smartit when searching for reporting functionality. we have smartit 1.4 , MyIT 3.1 and ARS ,ITSM 8.1.


      There is a requirement to take the reports of the tickets visible in the Ticket Console section. I would like to know how to achieve this.


      I dont have smart reporting as it is in 9.1 version. Also i am not able to see/configure the Reports tab in the smart-it console.


      Can i get a help here to sort out !!
