CLM depends on BSA to delete the VG. I guess the deletion of the virtual guest does not creates a job in BSA. Still, you should be able to look for relevant logs in BSA server.
I was just very curious. Somehow, I find it very interesting that CLM does not create a BSA job for deleting the virtual guests. Not a problem but that just upsets my sense of ... symmetry.

As you know CLM uses BSA for a compute provisioning where for decommissioning/deletion of virtual guests BSA itself won't create/supports job creation for deletion virtual guests as BSA executes BLCLI commands in the backend to do so.
