          Hi Jan,

A job remains visible on Atrium Integrator Console even if is not running. Could you please provide some information so that we could help you better.

          1. Could you please share some information about environment likewise is you system updated to 9.1.04 or it is a fresh install. Have you created fresh job or was it existing from base version.

          2. If job is really not running then is there any particular reason you are trying to stop? While it should still not throw the error, however it will help us to understand the use case better and so in addressing that.

          Thanks. Rahul

It is a system that has been upgraded to 9.1.04 from 8.1. The job existed already, but has been modified after upgrade.

It is shown as running in the Atrium Integrator Console. As AI-console think it is running, I tried to stop it in an effort to re-enable the play button.

            Best regards,

              Hi Jan,

You can check the form "UDM:PermissionInfo" and search for the AI Job which is in question. Also you can check below AI reference form.

I believe that you will not find you Job reference in these forms.

              UDM:Repository:DatabaseType

              UDM:Repository:DatabaseConnType

              UDM:Repository:JobEntryType

              UDM:Repository:StepType

              UDM:Repository:Version

              Thanks,

                  Hi Jan,

The issue is you got stuck with a running record in UDM:JobLog.

Go to this form, search using the job name, and change the running record in there to "stopped".

After this your console will look fine.
