See the following:
Specifically "Print Data". Currently Salesforce has not made this feature available in Lightning at this time and our code isn't working. We're currently waiting to see if or when Salesforce elects to add this functionality back in.
In the meantime, feel free to submit an idea. If there is enough interest we could potentially look at trying to build our print functionality in the future.

The defect number, #83205, has to do with History ID not being clickable and shows to have been fixed in our Summer 17 Patch 2 release.
I noticed that this response is over a year old. Since Salesforce is forcing people to use Lightning in October of this year, has there been a resolution to the print issue? Our users need the ability to print these tickets with the action history.
Salesforce just added this capability in the Spring 19 release. We're updating our Summer 19 release to have this as well. Also, be aware that you don't have to move to Lightning. If the Lightning Experience User permission is not enabled either in a Permission Set or the Profile, those users will not be shifted over to Lightning. Additionally, if you have Lightning Experience turned off at the Org level you shouldn't shift either.
