    Change Default Subject Line - Email Templates

      We are running the latest FP version (12.1.09), Would like to edit the email subject line to display the following information:


      Ticket Number, Status & Short Description


      I was told that we can not alter the Default Subject line, which does not make sense when in our current version of FP v10, we are able to customize the subject line. I would like to keep all the other information off from the subject line (i.e. Item Type, Workspace) but if it has to stay, which attribute needs to be present?
