As per our understanding, dependency relationship is opposite of impact relationship. So, if a Business Service has a dependency on a ComputerSystem, we will have the dependency arrow from BS -> CS. But in reality the impact is opposite. When the ComputerSystem is down, the Business Service gets impacted. So the impact arrow is from CS -> BS.
Instead of dependency, you can create an impact relationship which will show the impact in same way as the relationship direction.
