    Is it possible to change the status of the incident when the ticket goes to approval at the beginning of the process?

      Good morning people,


      I've created an approval process to run as soon as the service request opens.


      Approval is being attached to the ticket perfectly, but I can not change the status of the ticket to Waiting Approval during the approval process.


      Has anyone ever made this update during the approval process? Is it possible for me to create a trigger for the status to be changed and not be opened
