    Highlight record in console when email received from customer

      We have to option to highlight new records and new action in Remedyforce Administration.  Has anyone been able to do the same when an email is received from the customer.  In Action History it appears as email received.  We have a WF that populates a custom customer response date when an email received action is added to the record.  Any ideas?
