    Pause SLA on specific status reasons

      Dear Community


      Do you know if I can set up an SLA to be paused on specific status reasons of the Pending status?

      E.g.: when the Status is Pending and the Status Reason "Cliend Hold" the SLA is paused but not for any other Status Reason?


      I have tried playing aroud with the Service Target configuration Measurement Criteria, but it did not have the desired effect:



      Any ideas?
