The lookup fields are just field that provide the option to collect an user.
Two options to show related information:
The hover over .. Can be set via Remedyforce administration - Global search settings
Or via a new formula field:
Go to setup -> Search for Object -> Incident .
Add new formula field.

In Remedy I will create an action to bring the info using some queries during the screen open. I am trying to create the same scenario on RemedyForce.
