    Service Model : Impact Management :Scenario

      Dear Experts,

       

      I have a service model discovered from ADDM -- CMDB -- Promoted to BTIM .

       

      For doing an impact management using that service model on Truesight ,

       

      Exchange is deployed in cluster ,

       

      First Alert will come from server A -will get attached to service model server A icon with major severity

      Second Alert will come from server B -will get attached to service model on server B icon with major severity

       

      Is there any settings or option (status computation) in service model which I may set so whenever both the icons got the major alerts ,Business service attached to the same goes in the Critical (unavailable) state without any change in the severity of the alert
