After BMC tried upgrading us to 12.1.07 and the upgrade failed, they restored 12.1.02 back. Ever since the restore Service Analytics will not load and Scheduled Reports (reports that use Service Analytics custom reports) Error out.
They have tried many things
- Restarting Tomcat and server many times
- Changing the user permissions for the BMC folder for the 'Local Service' user
- browser clean up (pointless because this happens to all users on all machines with any browser)
They still are unable to determine the reason for this issue. Can anyone help or suggest troubleshooting process to determine the reason?
