    Can Incident Owner change the support group?

      Suppose, Incident Owner without incident master permission logged the ticket and assigned the ticket to the support group in which he is not belong. But he mistakenly assign the ticket to wrong group.

      Can in this, Incident owner change the assigned group or edit the ticket.?
