    Tickets created using the Request Entry and My IT are stuck in Submitted Status

      Hi Team,

       

      We are on BMC Remedy ARS,BMC Remedy Atrium CMDB and Atrium Core 9.1.03.

       

      We do see an issue while creation of Tickets created using the Request Entry and My IT are stuck in Submitted Status.

       

      Cross checked the forms SRM:AppInstanceBridge and CAI:Events form too for the stuck entries but could not proceed further.

       

      Checked on the threads from BMC Communities but still the issue persists.

       

      Appreciate response at your earliest availability.
