Remedy version 8.1.
We implemented Remedy 8.1 version in 2013. During the implementation, some old tickets were migrated from 7.6 to 8.1 version.
Now we are facing issue with Request id. The id's of 2013 which were migrated is coming back again in 2018. for example if change ticket number CRQ000102 was created in 2013, same number is generating again in 2018. we have around 300 to 400 tickets like that. Now I want to skip this series and start the new change number after adding 400 in Change ID.
Can you please guide me how can achieve this.
