    If I deactivate email service address which is used in process builder, will process builder rule fail ?

      Hi All,

       

      I have configured a process builder in which I have used a email service address for my ticket routing process. Now If I deactivate that email service address, will my process builder rule break, if client sends ticket request to that email service address. ?

       

      If yes, then how is the error handling process been done to address this ?
