    Is there a setting or format for HTML email processing to embed images in ticket and not as an attachment?

      My organization uses a lot of screen captures in ticket updates via HTML emails.  This is great for the email thread, but when footprints 12.x processes the HTML emails the embedded images are converted to attachments in the ticket.  Is there a setting or preferred image format that will automatically embed the images in the ticket description?
