Incident work logs are getting duplicated sometimes, we are not able to replicate the issue. Please find the complete details:
Issue: Work logs are getting duplicated sometimes, which we are not able to reproduce the issue.
Attached active link logs.
User opened incidents in search mode
Updated 1st incident, Clicked on ADD button
Changed the support groups
Clicked on Save
Original Work log: 8
Duplicate Work log: 9
After clicking on Save, "HPD:INC:AddWorkInfoLessMode_CallGuide" called to save the same content one more time.
I've seen a similar issue in ITSM 9.0 but the cause is unknown and we are still investigating.
