    Issue With Field Set Workflow.

      I am having an issue with a field set workflow I have created. The purpose is to set the field "2nd contact information" on the Incident from the information in the 2nd contact information from the user/client information. I am able to create the workflow but the set field is not working. The process is when a user/client is created the 2nd contact information is filled in and then when a ticket is opened it auto fills 2nd contact information on the incidents. Please see attachment.

       

        There is and error : Error: Field Client_Contact_Information_2nd__c does not exist. Check spelling.
