    How to assign an Incident based on the support staff shift/availability?

      Hi Experts,

       

      We are having a requirement to assign the Incidents to the support staff under below scenario:-

       

      1. Only to the support staff who is available currently.

      2. The support staff from the current shift only.

       

      Early response will be highly appreciated.
