    How to Bulk Update Knowledge Article Assignee in ITSM 9.X

      Hi Folks,

       

      Reaching out to all SMEs of ITSM.

       

      Need suggestion on ways to bulk update Knowledge Article "Assignee" value, provided I have below tools/process restrictions

      1. Bulk Update of Knowledge Article from SmartIT-> Knowledge Console will not be feasible as it helps in bulk update only when Article Type/Template Type are similar.

      2. BMC User Tool client is not available.

      3. From midtier ,we do not have Modify All option for Form "RKM:KnowledgeArticleManager"

      4. Bulk Update  from application layer is only allowed , no direct update in DB table allowed.

       

      Am using ITSM 9.1.03
