      Hi,

       

      Issue being faced on Remedy Version : 8.1 SP2

       

      We observed User Community was not present on Asset Management Console.

      So Has Asset UI Flag was set to Yes on Sync Asset UI with CMDB for AST:UserCommunity class.

       

      The records for User Community are already present on BMC.CORE:BMC_UserCommunity. However the same records are not present on AST:Attibute form, hence not present on AST:UserCommunity form.

       

      Initially we also observed record was not created on AST:ClassAttribute for ClassId - BMC.CORE:BMC_USERCOMMUNITY, hence the record was manually created on this form.

       

      Could anyone please tell how to get records on AST:Attribute and AST:UserCommunity.
