    How to attach multiple files to work orders using Self-Service

      We're running Track-It! 11.4 and are having an issue with the Self Service portal.  How can users attach multiple files to work order submissions using the Self Service portal?  Many of our users request the Help Desk and Content Manager upload multiple documents at one time.  Rather than requesting they open multiple work orders, is there a function, feature, configuration or something that we missed to resolve this issue for our users?  I also have access to the Technician Client and Technician Web portal, where it is possible to upload multiple files, but our users do not, so it's becoming more of an issue for them.
