    RemedyForce - Email field mapping

      Hello. I am sure I am missing a simple part here however, when we set up to allow tickets to be created via email and mapped the fields, The "Subject" from the email is mapped as "Subject: ABC XYZ"


      Within the ticket it then looks like:


      Subject Subject: ABC XYZ

      Is there anyway to change the mapping so it does not show the Subject title in the subject field area? It is rather annoying to have the term subject in the subject field.
