    SmartIT: product categories not available for asset management

      Dear Community

       

      I am not able to select the product category for an asset during the creation.

      If I am opening an incident ticket, it is working fine:

      But when I create an asset, I do not have any selections:

      I have checked the Product Categories, and they are available for the Asset Management module:

       

      Any idea, what needs to be configured?
