Assuming you are using the "PBM:ProblemInterface_Create" form, the following fields are required.
To create a "Problem", you need to use the keyword (z1d_Action) = "PROBLEM" when pushing values to this form.
The qualification for the Filter to create a Problem is:
('z1D_Action' = "PROBLEM") AND ('Problem Investigation ID' != $NULL$)
For Problem Coordinator (Individual) - there is no lookup workflow on these fields, so both will need to be supplied:
- Assignee Pblm Mgr (Hidden field)
- Problem Manager Login
For Operational Categorisations:
- Categorization Tier 1
- Categorization Tier 2
- Categorization Tier 3
