    AO: PBI Create action, not able to SET Op Cats 1,2 & Problem Coordinator field

      Hi, 

       

      via Atrium Orchestrator, am trying to SET the below fields on Create action.

      but fails (does not set those fields on Problem Investigation creation.

       

      Problem Coordinator     (Problem Manager Login),

      Categorization Tier 1   (Operational Categorization Tier 1),

      Categorization Tier 2   (Operational Categorization Tier 2),

      Assignee

          Hi,

          Assuming you are using the "PBM:ProblemInterface_Create" form, the following fields are required.

          To create a "Problem", you need to use the keyword (z1d_Action) = "PROBLEM" when pushing values to this form.

           

          The qualification for the Filter to create a Problem is:

           

          ('z1D_Action' = "PROBLEM") AND ('Problem Investigation ID' != $NULL$)

           

          Fields

           

          For Problem Coordinator (Individual) - there is no lookup workflow on these fields, so both will need to be supplied:

           

          • Assignee Pblm Mgr (Hidden field)
          • Problem Manager Login

           

          For Operational Categorisations:

           

          • Categorization Tier 1
          • Categorization Tier 2
          • Categorization Tier 3
