Unable to access innovation suite after request for restarting the sandbox

    Nikhil Bansode

      My Innovation suite URL: https://developer5235.innovate.bmc.com/com.bmc.arsys.rx.innovationstudio/index.html

      1. First I created install package of work order library from my friend's Innovation suite and don't why but that library got deleted from his innovation suite.
      2. Tried to install it on his Innovation suite, got 'Installation successful' message but that library did not appear on his Workspace of Innovation suite.
      3. Tried to install same zip file of the library on my Innovation suite and I got an error - ERROR (8790): Unknown system error   and my Workspace became empty, so I requested for restarting innovation suite
      4. Now I only have the option of 'Request Now'.

      Thanks.

          Hi,

Innovation suite is not starting successfully on your server. May be the work order lib bundle has caused this.

this is the log I see from arerror.log, when I try to start the arsystem manually from the server

I have uploaded the logs here to debug.

I don't see a failure in the bundle-deploy.log file for workorder though next time I would advise not using a "com.bmc" based developerId btw, use rather "com.example" or something else.

Did you rebuild the library using the 17-11 SDK?

            Krishna Karunamoorthy:

In the "arerror.log" file I see this, is this file still there?:
